You choose what we can see
Scoped to your LFG channels
We read messages only in the channels you configure for LFG, and keep the resulting post rather than a transcript. No other channel is accessed, voice is never recorded, game activity is deleted after 30 days, and members can switch tracking off from any LFG channel.
Audited by Discord, least privilege throughout
Discord reviewed the bot and its policies before granting our privileged intents — misuse means they are withdrawn. LFG Hub runs without Administrator permission, and the bot is the only client of our managed, encrypted EU database.

- How do I play music in a Discord voice channel?
- Add LFG Hub, join a group's voice channel and press Play Music on its panel. Search a song, paste a list or pick a mix, and it starts playing for everyone in the channel.
- Do I need a separate music bot?
- No. The music player is part of LFG Hub, on the same panel as the voice channel's controls.
- Where does the music come from?
- YouTube. Search by artist or song, or paste a YouTube link to a song or a playlist.
- Is it free?
- Yes. Music is free for 15 minutes each time it starts. After that it pauses, and anyone in the channel with Premium can press Resume to keep listening with no time limit. Premium is free for a week with each upvote on Top.gg. On a server with Server Plus, anyone in the channel can resume it.
- Can several voice channels play music at once?
- One voice channel per server at a time. Someone in another channel sees where it is already playing.
- Are my liked songs kept across servers?
- Yes. A like is saved to you, not to the server, so it stays with you on every server that has LFG Hub. Delete my data removes it.
- Who can control the music?
- Everyone in the voice channel. You have to be in the channel to add songs or press the buttons.
