1. Description of the Service

LFG Hub Bot is a Discord-based service that helps users find teammates, uses presence-based activity to recommend games and players, and creates LFG sessions and matchmaking features exclusively within Discord.

2. Eligibility

Users must meet Discord's minimum age requirement, comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and have permission to use the Bot in their servers. Server administrators authorize Bot installation.

3. User-Provided Information

Users may voluntarily provide age range, region/timezone, gaming platform, and preferred language(s). Users represent that provided information is accurate and current.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

Data practices follow the Privacy Policy. Usage involves collecting Discord identifiers, display information, presence and activity tracking via Discord APIs, and storing LFG participation data. The service reads message content only where it needs to: in channels a server administrator has configured as LFG channels, in the group chats the bot creates for each group, and in the server's reports channel. It does not read other channels or direct messages between members, and does not access voice audio or data from outside Discord.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Bot for unlawful purposes, exploit or reverse engineer it, harass others, provide false information, or circumvent safeguards. Access may be restricted for violations.

6. Server Administration & Moderation

Server owners and moderators control Bot usage within their servers. The provider bears no responsibility for user behavior or interactions and may enforce global restrictions.

7. Availability & Changes

The Bot is provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued anytime without notice. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Paid Plans

LFG Hub is free to use. Premium and Server Plus are optional subscriptions that add features on top. Their prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, including VAT or sales tax where it applies.

• What you get. Premium is for one Discord account, in every server. Server Plus is for the one Discord server you choose when you buy it.
• Free trial. Your first subscription to a plan on lfghub.gg may start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription then renews at its price.
• Where you buy.In Discord's app store, where Discord's terms apply to the payment, or on lfghub.gg. On lfghub.gg, payments are handled by Link, a Stripe service, which sells the subscription to you as the merchant of record. Link's terms apply to the payment.
• Renewal. A subscription renews automatically every month or year, for the same price, until you cancel it.
• Cancelling.Cancel at any time: in Discord's settings for a Discord purchase, or from your receipt email or link.com for a purchase on lfghub.gg. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds. If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This does not limit any right you have under the law where you live.
• Price changes. We tell you before a new price applies, and it applies from your next renewal, never to a period you already paid for.
• If a plan ends. If we stop offering a paid plan, we refund the unused part of your current period.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to LFG Hub Bot, including code and branding, belong to the provider or licensors. Users cannot copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot lacks express or implied warranties, including fitness for purpose or matchmaking accuracy. Users assume all risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, user disputes, or indirect damages. Liability caps at amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

Access may be suspended for Terms violations, legal compliance, or service protection. Users may stop using anytime.

13. Governing Law

Terms are governed by European Union law or the operator's jurisdiction, without conflict-of-law application.

14. Changes to These Terms

Updates may occur. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
