How do I find a Tarkov squad?

Filter this page by play style, map and region, and look for a squad with spots open. Join its voice channel in one click. If nothing fits, post your own group from any Escape from Tarkov server on the network, or mark yourself open to join.

Can I find PvE squads here?

Yes. Set the Play Style filter to PvE to see only PvE groups, or post one from any Tarkov server on the network.

What is the difference between a PMC and a Scav raid?

As a PMC you bring your own gear and lose it if you die. As a Scav you get a random loadout, so there is less to lose. Say which one you are running in your post.

Which map should a new squad start on?

Pick one map and stick with it until you know the extracts. Filter this page by that map to find squads running it, and say in your post that you are still learning it.

Is it worth playing Tarkov with a squad as a new player?

Yes. The maps and extracts are hard to learn alone. Look for a group that says it is happy to show someone around, or post one asking for it.

Is this Escape from Tarkov LFG free?

Yes. Browsing groups, posting your own and joining a server all cost nothing, and there is no account to create here — the groups run inside Discord servers you join directly.

Can I add my own Escape from Tarkov server?

Add the LFG Hub bot to your server and set up an LFG channel for Escape from Tarkov. Your groups then reach the whole network, and the server appears in the directory.

Escape from Tarkov LFG on Discord: find a squad that extracts

In Escape from Tarkov you bring your gear into a raid and keep what you find only if you extract. Die, and it stays behind. A squad that talks covers angles, calls out footsteps and gets each other out. This page lists Tarkov squads forming right now on Discord servers running LFG Hub. Each one is a voice channel with players already in it, so you can join, agree on the map and the plan, and load in together.

What a Tarkov squad is for

PvP raids: other PMC squads are on the map with you. A group on voice sees and hears more than a solo player, and can trade when someone goes down.
PvE raids: the map is filled with AI instead of other players. A squad still helps with tougher areas and with learning the maps without the pressure.
Scav runs: you play as a Scav with gear you did not bring, a lower-risk way to raid with friends.
Learning maps and extracts: going in with someone who knows the way is the quickest way to stop dying on the way out.

Writing a Tarkov LFG post that fills

Say the mode, the map and what the raid is for. Players skim; the post that answers those questions at a glance fills first.

PvP or PvE. The Play Style filter separates them, and the two never share a raid.
The map: Customs, Shoreline, Woods, Streets of Tarkov, Factory, Interchange, Reserve, Laboratory, Icebreaker or Terminal.
The goal: questing, looting, hunting other players, or showing someone the map.
How many spots are open, plus region, language and whether you need a mic.

Platform and region

Escape from Tarkov is played on PC. The Region filter matters most: your squad loads into the same raid, so everyone in your own region means a better connection and play times that line up. The Language filter makes sure your callouts are understood.

Why Discord for Tarkov squads

In-raid voice only reaches people standing near you, and anyone else nearby can hear it too. A Discord voice channel keeps your squad on one line, in the raid and between raids while you sort out gear. Every group listed here comes with that voice channel, created when the group is and deleted when everyone leaves.
