WoW LFG on Discord: find a group for keys, raids and arena

The Group Finder in World of Warcraft lists groups, but it doesn't give you people who talk, stay for another key or show up again next week. This page lists WoW groups forming on Discord servers running LFG Hub. Each one is a voice channel with players already in it, so you can join, check roles and go, instead of applying to listing after listing.

What needs a group

  • Mythic+ dungeons: five players, one tank, one healer and three damage dealers, racing a timer. The most common reason WoW players look for a group.
  • Raids: Normal and Heroic take a flexible 10 to 30 players; Mythic needs exactly 20, and a team that plays together.
  • Rated PvP: 2v2 and 3v3 arena and rated battlegrounds all need a partner or a team you can coordinate with.
  • Delves, quests and world content can be played solo, but go faster, and are more fun, with company.

Writing a WoW LFG post that fills

WoW groups are built around roles, so lead with the role you need and what the run is for.

  • The content and the level: the dungeon and key level, or the raid and its difficulty.
  • The roles you need: "need healer and 1 DPS" fills faster than "LF more".
  • What the run is for: timing the key, a learning run, gear, achievements or a weekly vault.
  • Region and language: groups play within a region, and callouts need a shared language.

Regions, realms and factions

WoW is played on PC and Mac, and groups form within a region: North America and Europe are separate. Inside a region, players on different realms can group together, and Horde and Alliance players can share dungeons, raids and rated PvP. So the filters that matter are Region and Language, not your realm.

The Classic versions are separate games with their own groups, so look for the version you play.
